Was it ncssary in th first plac?

Rcnt studis hav shown that rmoving th lttr from th nglish alphabt mad txts still mostly undrstandabl to th majority of popl. Th study thn ld to th passing of a nw law that forbids th usag of th vowl, this was don to forcibly ncourag th rmoval of th prvious fifth of th alphabt in th hops to hav th transition don as quickly as possibl.

Th bnfits of rmoving th vowl includ:

  • Rducd fil siz in lctronic documnts and fils
  • xtra room on kyboards making room for any futur lttrs
  • Slightly dcrasd larning tims for young childrn and spakrs of othr languags larning th alphabt

A tricky convrsion

Many popl ar finding th transition quit difficult, with many writrs simply producing txts and rmoving th lttr rtroactivly

I don't think it's that hard to find words that don't contain that now taboo symbol, it's not that impractical, though many say it is. Just stop using it in your day to day vocabulary and you should find it in fact thoroughly straightforward.

Although th viws on this nw law ar somwhat controvrsial, thr's no doubt in anyon's mind that this chang truly marks a nw ra in th nglish languag.

In othr nws, thirty nw punctuation marks hav bn introducd in ordr to prfctly xprss on's tru flings.
